Links and passwords live in many places
One in a password manager, one in a note, one in an old message.
Coming soon on iOS and Android
MeetReady is an iOS and Android app that brings an encrypted secrets vault and per-meeting preparation together: links, logins, env variables and open tasks for each event in your calendar, one tap to copy. No account, no recording, and we do not hold your key.
Illustration of the interface; the meeting name and data are examples.
Why
If you work with several clients, preparation tends to be scattered. MeetReady gathers it in one place, tied to the right meeting.
One in a password manager, one in a note, one in an old message.
Last meeting’s decisions and notes sink among your other apps.
You only remember once the meeting has started.
These are illustrative situations that describe the problem, not survey results.
How it works
The app reads upcoming meetings from the system calendar, read-only and on the device. Each meeting is linked to a workspace (client, project) by rules you set.
Meeting link, logins, env variables, open tasks and the brief sit on one screen. Tap to copy; the clipboard clears itself after 30 seconds (you can change that).
Summary, decisions and action items. Tasks go to your to-do list, and both notes and tasks come back in the next meeting’s brief.
Features
Only what the app does today. Features that belong to Pro are marked.
Each meeting gets a preparation set: links, logins, ENV, open tasks and a brief. Tap to copy.
Meetings attach to a workspace by domain-matching rules you define.
Passwords, ENV, links and notes. Rotate a secret and see the history of its previous values.
Summary, decisions and action items in 30 seconds, plus a reminder to write them.
Notifications are created on the device. When the phone is locked they show generic text, never secrets.
Hides every secret value, username, URL and note while you share your screen. Copy still works.
Automatic encrypted backups; a password-sealed export (HPV1) is free. 3 versions of history, Pro keeps 30.
Search the vault, including Vietnamese typed without diacritics. Widgets for iOS and Android. Vietnamese and English interface.
End-to-end encrypted. On iPhone through your own iCloud; on Android through a folder you choose.
Send a teammate a Kit with only the link, usernames and variable names; passwords and values stay masked. The open code is sent separately.
Warnings for old or exposed keys and rotation reminders.
Remind earlier when a meeting has no brief yet or has overdue tasks.
Privacy
MeetReady is built so your vault never needs to reach our servers.
AI, your choice
AI only helps draft a brief from the meeting’s notes and tasks. You pick one of three levels; any of them can simply stay off.
The brief is built from templates, entirely on the device. Nothing is sent out.
Uses the on-device model when your phone supports it, processed on the phone. The Android app does not have this level yet.
You enter a key for an OpenAI-compatible provider. The app asks for your explicit consent before the first request, then calls that provider straight from your phone; nothing goes through Haikotek. The key lives in the Keychain or Keystore.
With BYOK, the provider you choose processes the content under its own policy. Read that policy before you turn it on.

FAQ
No. You create a master password on the device and receive 12 recovery words. We do not ask for an email or phone number.
Only you. The vault is encrypted on your phone and we do not have the key. In return, if you forget the password and lose all 12 recovery words, nobody can reopen it.
No. The app does not use the microphone and does not record meetings. Post-meeting notes are typed by you.
Nowhere. The app reads the system calendar read-only, on the device, and does not send calendar content to us.
It is a Pro feature. On iPhone, encrypted data goes through your own iCloud. On Android, the app writes to a folder you choose. MeetReady has no relay server.
No. Vault credential and ENV items are not part of what is sent to AI, and a hard filter removes leftover secrets. You can preview the content before it goes. With your own key, data goes straight from the phone to the provider you choose.
Planned Pro pricing is 3.99 USD/month or 29.99 USD/year with a 14-day trial; the store price is final. The app is in closed testing and has no release date yet.
